Some Cancelled James Bond Video Games

The James Bond video game series is as lucrative as the main film series but not every planned game has seen the light of day so for this post i'm going to tell you all about some of the 007 games that got cancelled or came out under a different title.

Ocotopussy

This was a very short lived video game since was planned for the Atari 2600 and Mattel Intellivision it was cancelled shortly after it was announced by Parker Brothers from what i can gather the game was to follow the plot of the film but apart from the above picture there's no pictures for the game anywhere on the internet.

Tomorrow Never Dies: The Mission Continues

Now this is a strange one because while there was a game based on Tomorrow Never Dies if you watched the VHS version of the film you were treated to a trailer featuring Desmond Llewelyn for a game called Tomorrow Never Dies: The Mission Continues and would have been set after the events of the film.

What makes it even stranger is the fact that some of the levels from Continues were actually featured as levels in the final game those being the ski slope opener and one of the car levels but from the video we can see what looks like a Thunderball inspired underwater level you can find this video on youtube if you want to see more.

Goldeneye 007

Now i know what you thinking and yes there was a game called Goldeneye 007 which got released but what you didn't know was there was also to be a racing game with the same name which was due to be released for the Virtual Boy and unlike Octopussy there was an image released.

But that wasn't the only Goldeneye 007 game to be cancelled tho as there was plans for a remake dating back to the year 2008 and was due to land on the Xbox 360 and Xbox Live Arcade but due to disagreements over the license the game never got made.

The World Is Not Enough

Yes bond fans there really was going to be a game based on The World Is Not Enough and sadly not enough information for this game can be found so all i know for sure is it was cancelled in 2001 because EA thought to much time had passed and instead chose to make Agent Under Fire there was a game based on the film but this wasn't it

Casino Royale

Now like most of the game in this post there are some screen shots of the game and like most of these games there's also a reason why this game was cancelled since the game was 15%  EA thought that they might not be able to make the November 2006 release and instead chose to cancel the game the only screen shots that survive are of Venice but it's not all doom and gloom tho as story elements from this game can be found in the terrible game version of Quantum Of Solace.

A View To A Kill Film Review

James Bond fans getting the final James Bond film for a James Bond actor right is always going to be a challenge and sadly it's one that so few have actually gotten right so far and well it's one of those films that i'm going to be taking a look at today. So join me as I review the film that is the final James Bond film for both Sir Roger Moore and Lois Maxwell with the film is question being called simply just "A View To A Kill" enjoy. The plot of the film is James Bond is tasked with stopping a psychopathic industrialist who wants to destroy Silicon Valley to gain a monopoly in the microchip market. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad but the issue is tho that this films plot...

Skyfall Film Review

Whilst Sir Sean Connery was the one that got the James Bond franchise really moving when it comes to the films there's no doubt that the most popular modern James Bond is easily Daniel Craig. With the actor becoming so well known in the role that he eventually became an executive producer on his films with him even following in the tradition of having the third film in his tenure be his best one and so then join me as I review the film that sees two beloved characters rejoin the franchise and one get killed off with the film in question being called simply just "Skyfall" enjoy. The plot of this film is when M is hacked with a message that threatens to make public a list of every single known MI6 agent currently active it's up to James Bond to work out who has the list and stop them before it's far to late. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all hon...

My Top 10 James Bond Films

James Bond fans it's been a short while since we last had a nice long chat and well to be honest i have no reason why that's the case other then the fact i've been busy writing other things. This is something that i've been sitting on for a about a day or two just because I was busy writing a none James Bond review and that meant pushing this post back but i'm doing now and well i'm going to tell you my personal top 10 James Bond films and no i'm not going to list the every film in a future post because that would be insane and i'm only including the films produced by EON Productions and just to make things clear number 10 means it's very bad and the further up you go the better the films become. 10) Die Another Day Now this and number 9 are pretty much tied for the worst James Bond film but what tips it in this film's favour is the fact that this film in my opinion fails as an anniversary film. Not only that but it also hits yo...
